First things first, this guide is fresh out of the oven. It’s packed with real-world examples and coaching to help you get started. But that’s not all. Because the Holacracy constitution version 5.0 allows for flexible and modular adoptions, this added customization comes with an added layer of complexity. This guide simplifies that complexity by clarifying what I call the, “One practice, many paths” approach.

The guide takes you on a journey from the conventional world to the Holacracy realm using a simple example — the “head chef” at a restaurant. You’ll see how to translate that typical job description into a set of Holacracy-style roles for more organizational clarity.

Anyone with the drive and patience can make Holacracy practice work for their team or organization, and while a little extra guidance from a certified coach is always helpful, you have to be strategic about where you spend your time and money.
